Yes, I set goals and I'm confident that they are achievable and realistic. I believe that I have what I need to keep me on target.

I’m not sure that I value “goal setting”. I recognize that I have things that I’d like to achieve but I don’t know how to go about it and be consistent.
No, I am not a goal setter. Sometimes I have difficulty seeing what I want to achieve and not sure that I will be successful.
Are you creating too much pressure upon yourself because you’ve over-extended yourself, have too many deadlines/obligations or believe that “there’s not enough time?”
I feel no pressure. My life is balanced, I sleep peacefully each night, and having enough time isn’t an issue.
Depends on the circumstances and/or time of year. Sometimes I feel as if there isn’t enough time in the day to get done what I want to get done and this causes stress in me.
I am always over-extending myself. Is there truly ever “enough time” for everything?
When you look in the mirror, do you like what you see?
I am content with what I see. I am healthy. I look healthy. I am happy with how I present myself (my clothes/fashion, weight, appearance).
Most of the time I am happy with my reflection. There is room for improvement in terms of how I look or how my body feels and behaves.
What I see in the mirror doesn’t match what other people tell me they see. I see someone as needing to get healthier (lose weight/exercise; update clothing; hydrate; eat healthy) yet others see me as perfect just the way I am.
I struggle with looking in the mirror; I don’t like what I see.
